1. Payment

 • Full payment is required at the time of booking to secure your spot in the course.

 • We do not accept deposits or partial payments directly.

 • Payment plans are available for select courses through third-party services (e.g., Affirm), if offered at checkout.

2. Refunds & Cancellations

 • All sales are final. Due to the nature of our training and limited spots, we do not offer refunds.

 • Please ensure you review the course content, format, and commitment required before making a purchase.

 • Rescheduling is available for in-person training (see below).

3. Rescheduling (In-Person Training)

 • You may reschedule your training at least 7 days in advance at no additional cost.

 • Rescheduling within 7 days of your appointment may incur a rescheduling fee.

 • No-shows or same-day cancellations result in loss of payment.

4. Course Access & Duration

 • Online courses include lifetime access to all materials, unless otherwise stated.

 • Your login is for personal use only and cannot be shared or transferred.

5. Certification

 • Certificates are issued upon successful completion of the course and fulfillment of all course requirements.

6. Student Conduct

 • Respectful and professional behavior is expected at all times.

 • Any disruptive or inappropriate behavior may lead to removal from the course without a refund.

7. Use of Course Materials

 • All materials provided are for personal use only and may not be copied, shared, or redistributed in any form.

 • Unauthorized use of content will result in immediate removal and possible legal action.
